Community, property and resident records. Community profile (address, site area, developer, property company, green ratio); housing details including owner, unit, floor and room count; owner information covering family members, vehicles and pets.

Parking management. Space records with rental or purchase status and associated fees.

Service management. Community events, complaints, repair requests and suggestion box.

Asset and facility management. Public equipment such as lifts, street lighting, waste bins and distribution boxes.

Billing and duty management. Fee item definitions and payment records, plus a calendar-based duty roster for security staff.

Permissions and configuration. Controls extending down to individual action buttons, with four built-in roles (super administrator, community administrator, community staff, resident) and support for custom roles. System configuration covers base settings, attachments, personal profiles, operation logs and scheduled tasks.
